The Noosa Studio was born from a passion for holistic health
and personal transformation. What began as Nirvana Life in 2011 has
evolved into a space dedicated to helping clients restore balance, build
strength, and feel their best—inside and out.
My journey began in 2011 with the launch of Nirvana Life,
driven by a deep passion for helping others not only look great but feel their absolute best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Today, that vision
continues and evolves through The Noosa Studio.
The inspiration behind The Noosa Studio is deeply personal.
Over 15 years ago, I began experiencing severe digestive issues that led to
repeated hospital visits. Despite growing up in a health-conscious, sporty
family and following a clean lifestyle, my body was out of balance. This
experience sparked a journey of learning, healing, and ultimately,
transformation—a journey I now share with my clients to help them restore
balance and achieve lasting wellbeing.

A True Passion
My journey began in the gym, where I discovered a genuine passion for health and fitness. As someone with a naturally smaller frame, strength training not only helped me build physical strength but also boosted my confidence.
Before I was formally qualified, I followed the advice of a “fitness professional” who gave me a generic, one-size-fits-all meal plan. Although it was filled with so-called healthy foods, it actually made my digestive issues worse. I was doing everything “right,” but my body was telling a different story.
Everything changed when I booked a consultation with an Ayurvedic gut health specialist. Within just two weeks, years of chronic digestive discomfort had completely resolved. It was a turning point—one that sparked a deep passion for Ayurveda and holistic healing. From that moment on, I was hooked.

In 2011, I began my studies to become a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. It felt only natural to incorporate Ayurveda into my approach—not only in my own life, but in how I assess and support my clients.
My goal is to ensure that no one I work with has to go through the same long-term health struggles I experienced. That’s why every client journey begins with a personalised consultation. I never provide generic fitness, nutrition, or wellness plans—each recommendation is tailored to the individual.
Many clients come to me with symptoms like bloating, digestive discomfort, missing periods, low libido, fatigue, mood swings, and burnout. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, I focus on identifying and addressing the root cause.
Using Ayurvedic techniques such as tongue and eye diagnosis, I determine each client’s unique constitution (body type) and design a personalised treatment plan to support true, lasting wellness.
